1. What CamFancy is
CamFancy (“CamFancy”, “we”, “us”) operates the website at camfancy.com (the “Site”). The Site is an independent directory and search service for live webcam performers. It lists performers who broadcast on third-party platforms — including Chaturbate, Stripchat, BongaCams, CamSoda and CAM4 — together with the information those platforms make publicly available and the statistics we derive from it, such as viewer counts and broadcast schedules.
We do not produce, host, stream or control any live broadcast, image or video. Every stream, preview and picture shown on the Site is delivered by the platform it belongs to, and any interaction with a performer — chatting, tipping, private shows, payments — takes place on that platform, under its own terms.
2. Accepting these terms
By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy & Cookies policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
3. Adults only
The Site contains sexually explicit material and is intended solely for adults. You may use it only if you are at least 18 years old, have reached the age of majority where you live, and viewing adult material is legal there. You are responsible for keeping minors away from the Site on your devices; parental-control tools can help.
4. Third-party platforms, links and embedded players
The Site links to, and embeds players from, platforms we do not own or operate. Their content, availability, prices, payments and privacy practices are their own; we are not responsible for them, and a link or an embedded player is not an endorsement. When you follow a link or start a player, that platform's terms and privacy policy apply.
5. Affiliate disclosure
Many links on the Site are affiliate links. If you register, buy tokens or make a purchase on a platform after following one, we may receive a commission from that platform. It costs you nothing extra and does not change what the platform charges you. We say so in line with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's guidelines and applicable consumer-protection law.
6. Information about performers
Profiles on the Site are built from what the platforms publish and from our own observation of public broadcasts: usernames, tags, stated attributes, viewer counts, schedules and similar data. We do not verify it, and it may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. The descriptions on profile pages are generated from this data; they are not written or endorsed by the performers.
If you are a performer and want your profile corrected or removed, write to [email protected] from an address or an account we can match to the profile. We act on verifiable requests without undue delay.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- copy, scrape, harvest or systematically collect content or data from the Site by automated means, or use it to build a competing service;
- frame, mirror or republish the Site or any part of it;
- interfere with or disrupt the Site, its servers or its networks, or try to gain unauthorized access to them;
- use the Site in breach of any law, or to harass, threaten or harm anyone;
- misrepresent your identity or your age.
8. Intellectual property
The Site's design, text, software, compilations of data and the CamFancy name and logo belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Performers' names, images and streams belong to the performers and platforms concerned; platform names and logos are trademarks of their owners, used here only to identify them. You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes; any other use needs our prior written permission.
9. Copyright and removal requests
We respect intellectual-property rights. If you believe material shown on the Site infringes yours, send a notice to [email protected] that contains:
- the work you claim is infringed;
- the exact URL on the Site where the material appears;
- your name and contact details;
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent or the law;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or are authorized to act for them;
- your physical or electronic signature.
Streams and images are served by the platforms. We can remove them from the Site; only the platform that hosts the original can take it down, and we will tell you which platform that is.
10. No warranty
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied — including about accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, CamFancy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or of any platform you reach through it. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify CamFancy against claims, damages and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Site.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version; using the Site after a change means you accept it.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law applicable to the operator of the Site, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in them takes away the protection you have under the mandatory consumer-protection law of the country where you live, and if you are a consumer in the European Union you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
15. General
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Not enforcing a provision does not waive it. These terms, together with the Privacy & Cookies policy, are the whole agreement between you and CamFancy about the Site.
