CamFancy is not a “producer”, primary or secondary, of any visual content shown on camfancy.com, within the meaning of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.
The Site is a directory. The live streams, previews and images it shows are produced, hosted and delivered by third-party webcam platforms — including Chaturbate, Stripchat, BongaCams, CamSoda and CAM4 — which embed or supply them. Those platforms verify the age and identity of their performers and keep the records the law requires.
Requests for records under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 about any content shown on the Site should go to the custodian of records of the platform that produced or hosts it. Each platform publishes its compliance statement on its own website.
Every performer listed on the Site broadcasts on a platform that requires its performers to be at least 18 years old. If you believe any content shown here depicts a minor or was published without consent, write to [email protected] at once: we remove it from the Site immediately and report it to the platform concerned.
